What our students say

Personal Trainer
"With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and a background as a CrossFit coach, I started the course fairly critical but open-minded. That is exactly why I was positively surprised by the level and the depth. Despite my experience, I gained new insights that I immediately put into practice. The Milo course is not only suited to starting trainers, but especially to experienced coaches who want to deepen and refine their foundation."

"I have trained for years, but the real depth and the reasoning behind many exercises always remained a mystery. Halfway through the course I suddenly started spotting energy leaks, butt winks and limited range of motion everywhere. The knowledge and depth MILO gave me now allows me to make every session, every exercise, every minute in the gym genuinely valuable. The mentors are not only highly skilled but also warm and invested in you. They have become my example of the ideal coach."

"Right from the kick-off it was clear this is not a standard course where you just pick up a certificate. The theory is logically structured and truly comes to life in the practical classes. The mentors are real specialists, one and all: they live their craft and pass on their knowledge in a way that is both clear and engaging. I have not regretted it for a moment, and I am proud to say I completed the course with an 8.3."

"Whether you already work in the fitness industry or are planning a career switch: MILO is where you need to be. The material is scientifically grounded and, thanks to the way it is taught, genuinely easy to grasp. I myself do not work in the fitness industry, yet the course is set up so that this is no obstacle at all. That is what makes it truly powerful and accessible to everyone."
B
Bart Doedens

"Having over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I didn't believe I would learn as much as I did. Boy was I wrong! This team of coaches blew all of my expectations away and has truly added an invaluable amount of knowledge to my craft. I couldn't recommend this any more to anyone looking to get into coaching or any coaches out there who want to learn and evolve."

"I took part in the English course of MILO and I'm so grateful I was able to get this quality of education living abroad. I would highly recommend this to any expats living in the Netherlands looking for a PT course. The coaches provided so much support and attention to detail."
